Payment Options
- Credit cards: American Express, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, and Diners Club.
- International Money Order (both postal and bank)*.
- International check drawn on a Swiss bank. (please make sure there are no cashing fees to be paid by us.)*

Terms & Conditions
- You must be at least 18 years of age (Swiss Law) to order any of the items on sale.
- If you opt for uninsured delivery, you should understand the risks involved: We will not be liable for any loss when you choose uninsured delivery. Pipes of more than CHF100.00 will automatically sent by insured mail and you will be charged for the additional fee. This is also valid for some "sensitive" Countries.
- All the items on sale are perfectly legal. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the receipt of any particular item is legal within his/her country. This applies specially for any custom declaration and/or payment of custom fees and duties.
- Being pipe smokers ourselves we understand how difficult it is to buy a pipe online, regardless of how many photos of it are provided. For this reason, if you do purchase a pipe from us and when you receive it, you do not find as much to your liking, you can send it back to us. Naturally, the pipe must be still in exactly the state in which you received it. If that happens, we expect to hear from you as soon as you decide not to keep the pipe. You can then send the pipe back to us, and we will either refund you the full amount you've paid, send you a replacement pipe (or other items), or hold the sum as your credit for a future purchase. Before taking action, you should first receive the pipe back.
- If you like a pipe but are unable to pay for it right away, you can ask us to reserve it for you. Our normal reservation period is 2 weeks, after which the pipe will be once again described as "Available".
- All our prices are in both Swiss francs (CHF) and in US dollars. The prices in US dollars and EUR are only approximate (based on a rate of CHF 1.00 to USD 1.00 and CHF1.5 to EUR 1.00). If you want to check the exact exchange rate of the day, you can check with the Currency Converter.
- Our goal is by all means that of satisfying our customers needs and meeting their expectation of high quality service. We, therefore, intend to do our very best to achieve this goal, even at the expense of financial loss.
